These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ACMG website and your purchase of products from Australia Construction Material Group Pty Ltd (ACMG, we, us, our). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by ACMG. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product availability, pricing errors, credit issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until we have verified product availability and payment.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been approved for Trade Account customers. Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer.
Trade Account applications are subject to credit assessment. Approved accounts may be offered 30-day payment terms subject to compliance with credit limits and payment schedules. ACMG reserves the right to suspend or cancel Trade Account credit at any time without notice.
Delivery is available across the Perth metropolitan area. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. ACMG is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including shipping carrier delays, weather, or stock availability. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided as a guide. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly. We recommend visiting our Malaga showroom to inspect products before purchase. Custom-made products may vary from standard specifications.
Our aluminium fencing and gates come with a 10-year structural warranty. WPC decking products carry warranties ranging from 10 to 25 years depending on the product line. Full warranty terms are provided with each product and are available on request. Warranties cover manufacturing defects and material degradation under normal Australian conditions. They do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ACMG liability for any claim arising from the sale of products is limited to the purchase price of the products. ACMG is not liable for consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of use, or installation costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of ACMG unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of our website at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
