1. Overview

At ACMG – Australia Construction Material Group, we are committed to supplying high-quality building materials. Because our products include custom-made, cut-to-size, and special-order items, our refund and returns policy reflects the specific nature of our inventory.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The product is a standard stock item (not custom-made or cut to order)
• A restocking fee of 20% applies to cover handling and inspection costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

• Arrange for return or inspection of the product
• Provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion
• Cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified faulty items

Please inspect all products upon delivery. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted for visible damage.

4. Custom-Made and Special Order Items

Custom-made, cut-to-size, and special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. This includes:

• Products cut to custom lengths
• Products powder-coated in non-standard colours
• Special order items sourced specifically for your project
• Bulk orders of non-stock items

5. Stock Items

Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days subject to our change of mind policy. Stock items include:

• Standard aluminium fence panels and gates
• Standard decking boards and accessories
• Hardware, brackets, caps, and fasteners
• Edge boards and trim pieces

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

For standard stock items, exchanges are processed like a return followed by a new order. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Photograph the damage immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours at (08) 6375 4924
• Retain all packaging for inspection
